Nice dress, slow refund
I bought a Wickelkleid and it was quite lovely, the material felt good and it draped nicely. It fit as expected too, which can be hit or miss with online stores. However, I also ordered a pair of Boots that didn't work out, the fit was just off for me. Returns were easy enough to initiate online, but the refund took nearly two weeks to process after they received the boots back, which felt a bit long. It wasn't a terrible experience, but quicker refunds would definitely improve things. The customer service response when I inquired about the refund was polite, though.
Got a good jacket
Yeah, I needed a new Puffer Jacket for winter, and I saw one on Switch-Fashion that looked pretty cool. Ordered it, and it showed up in like, six days. Not bad for coming from Germany. The jacket itself is good, keeps me warm. No complaints really. Just a straightforward purchase.
Decent value for the price
I was looking for a new Sommerkleid and found a nice one during the Mid Season Sale. It was marked down by about 30%, which felt like a good deal. Good quality, delivery took a bit
I ordered a Satinrock and a Crop Top a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in California, which was a little longer than I expected for an international shipment, but it wasn't a huge deal. Both items arrived well-packaged. The Satinrock fits perfectly and the fabric feels really nice, soft and drapes well. The Crop Top is also good quality, the stitching is neat and it holds up after washing. I had a quick question about sizing before ordering, and customer support replied within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience and I'm happy with the clothes.
